Joining the circle of wagons

Many people say that LJ is almost dead these days, but it doesn't seem like that to me. There's so much interesting stuff on my friends feed that I have trouble keeping up. (Though maybe that says more about my own lack of time than about the LJ activity level.)

Still, being a latecomer to LJ, I know there are lots of interesting, nice and creative people who I haven't "met" (or at least friended) yet, so I've decided to join in
